Today we are shutting down our support forum, and moving to an email-based ticketing system.
Throughout the beta testing process, we have experimented with a few different ways of providing support, and we have found that an email ticketing system is the most reliable way for us to keep track of what issues have been resolved or not.
Part of our original rationale for using a support forum was that people could look on the forum to find other users with similar issues. However, we’ve been doing all we can to make sure that issues to not arise repeatedly, and if there are common issues, we have written documentation about how to handle them on our Troubleshooting page. That means that the support forum has not been a useful place for our users to find solutions to their problems.
From now on, if you have a support question, you can head over to our Support page and send us a message. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
